Lady Gaga states her fame perfume represents, “ the dark and light aspects of celebrity” (Clarke). Society sees fame as glamorous and illustrious, however the soul of the celebrity is often dark and tortured. I attempted to convey this idea of expectation versus reality in my design by creating a streamline and slick exterior, juxtaposed to the jagged and bulky interior. There are instances on the exterior that lead one to believe there lies more to explore on the inside, yet the overall feel is unassuming.
